TS3 Group After Days 1.1.0

Removed:
- incorrect sorting of groups, which lead to disfunction of the script, reported by @KasprTv
- debug log message left accidently by me

Added:
- script will now automatically remove groups from ignored users, that they should not have

In the future I am planning to add a message upon group assign, and an anti-spam feature.

The whole script has been recoded, it shall work more smooth now and assign groups correctly.
Logic has been changed, script should be faster.

Also I removed the message upon group assign, if anyone would still want it, write it in the discussion.
