Discord Join/Leave Commands 1.0.1

No permission to download
Required SinusBot Version
Compatible Backends
Please note: This script requires the SinusBot 1.0.0-Alpha and will not work otherwise!

This script adds the commands !join and !leave that make the bot join or leave your channel.

  1. Download the script and put it in the scripts folder where the SinusBot is installed
  2. Restart the SinusBot
  3. Go to your web-interface: Settings -> Scrips and enable the script by checking the box next to it
  4. Click on Save changes at the bottom of the page
The commands !join and !leave can be used by any user that has start/stop or edit bot settings permission.
To add the start/stop permission you need to enable it for a user account that is bound to the discord identity of your user.
This can be done in the web-interface of you SinusBot under Settings -> User Accounts.

The command prefix can be changed in the Instance Settings.

Feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
I'd appreciate a rating/like if you like this script :)

If something is not working or you need help:

  1. make sure that you have the latest version of the SinusBot (this script requires at least version 1.0.0)
  2. make sure that you have the latest version of this script
  3. read the instructions above carefully and check if you've missed anything
  4. If you've checked everything and it still doesn't work then you can ask for help in the discussion thread.
But hold on for a second! Before you post: read this first and include all of the required information.

Thanks for it. It works very good! I hope you release it for teamspeak too.

This is not possible the same way for TeamSpeak though as the bot can't read messages if he's disconnected.
If the bot just went to another channel instead that could work, maybe I'll do that.
