Solved 3.0.18.2 not compatible with 3.2.0 server version?

Hi,
Lately some members of my community weren't able the connect to my server because the version of it was too old.
I had to update it so I choosed the most recent one. (3.2.0) Was it a mistake?

The client version of the BOT is "3.0.18.2".

I couldn't find any documentation about client/servers version compatibilities.
Could it be that or something else?

Your title is wrong. You are not using 3.1.18.2, you are using 3.0.18.2.

TeamSpeak 3 Client 3.0.18.2

You need 3.1.x and an up to date sinusbot.
