Hello,
I know that problem isn't a problem from sinusbot. I Think your Server is to low for that. My Sinusbots works fine with the Teamspeak Channel-Codec Opus Music and the Quality 10. And it works really Fine.
Rent a faster Server and i think it works fine.

Set in the channel settings under "Audio" > "Codec: Opus Music" > "Quality: 10".
