Bug Bot has problem with launching ts3 instance

Operating System: Windows 10
SinusBot Version: 0.9.15
TS3 Version: 3.0.19.4

Problem Description
When im trying to launch bot ( after config instance ip and others ) no teamspeak instance launch but i don't understand why.

Add your config.ini and set the log=10

Your teamspeak is local or on network ?
