i can't get the sinusbot to get online in my server

Sinusbot 0.9.21
Windows 64bit
core i7, 8gb ram
browser: opera
using this for discord not ts3
Not sure what config.ini is

My problem is everytime i try to load my bot it just never gets online on my discord server i have done every step as it says and when i then click on the turn on button it goes green for like 1 second then away again and it just never comes online

If you use this bot for Discord, did you follow correctly this tutorial and skip any steps?
