Bug Can't stop/restart bot

Hey,
since about one week, whenever I try to stop or restart an instance nothing happens and there is an error in the log
Code: 
Could not request shutdown
2015/09/11 21:11:59 dfa4399e de89072b INFO   KILL [admin] FAILED

I changed nothing on my server and after the bot wasn't on the server after one night, I couldn't stop/restart the instance anymore.

Latest 0.9.9 Beta, fresh install, Debian 7 (Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 on x86_64), not running as root, E5-2670 v2 @ 2.50GHz (2 cores), 8GB RAM

None yet, sorry. I have heard that others ran into this issue as well but I couldn't reproduce it myself. A reboot has helped some people, but I guess you've already done that, right?
