Error spawning

Hello guys , I install program for windows 64 - bit
my pc specs : FX - 6300 , AMD Radehon HD 5000 512 MB , 8 GB HyperX Fury , Windows 10
i use google chrome

sinus bot 0.9.8 and i fill information about my teamspeak ip , port and name and i put one music , but when i run program , i must run it as administrator , i get error :
