New instances with the 0.9.9 beta do not save after a restart, specifically the one's that are locked to the server unique id.

This issue is caused by having more than the allotted bots given, in my case, all the instances I had interfered with the new ones. I had to restart every time I wanted to delete an instance since the list will only show the 2 default instances and the ones given by the license.
