There recently was an update to an insider build to test before it gets released.
There are small things updated from time to time but are not instantly pushed to the public versions.
It's not as actively developed as it used to be because Flyth ( who is the developer) has a lot of other projects and is really busy.
The current state of the SinusBot is pretty stable so he focuses on other projects more.
