I guess it's either the connection of your VPS to the internet or someone else is using too much CPU.
Please have a look at the packet loss of the client as well.

packet loss is: 1,43%

connection can not be, the bot works 100%, after I unplugged it and re-called, not turned over, now it's normal, but still with a little shriek
