Mute command w/ servergroups

Hello everyone! o/

I would like to know if it is possible to create a script that will make a mute command, which will add a player to a group, indicating its nickname.

This command could only be executed on different groups (as moderator, administrator, and more).

Example: !mute 15 Minutes JiveOff

At the end, the player is cleared from the mute group.

Teamspeak not include Mute one user for all speaker.
It's possible to mute with talk power in channel but I don't now for script this
