Would be good if you could request in two ways:
1. Someone says !request [link] and then the admin gets a message. The admin can accept or deny this request. It can either be played immediately or be added to the queue.
2. When someone wants to play a song, it is added to the back of the queue so it doesn't interrupt. This option should need less permissions than the standard !yt which interrupts the song playing.
