Refusing Server Connection

Hell everyone,

I do have a dedicated server where i am hosting my csgo servers and teamspeak 3 (with sinusbot and some other query bots).
So i decided to move the teamspeak 3 and it's stuff to another machine so it won't use any resources from the game servers.
For some reason i am not able to make sinusbot to connect through teamspeak.

Is there any solution to my issue?

Yes, my time is set up correctly.
