./ts3bot start

You are using an very outdated version, from 2015. We only support the latest one, which you can easily install on CentOS via the installer-script.

yum install glibc-devel

Package glibc-devel-2.12-1.209.el6Package glibc-devel-2.12-1.209.el6_9.2.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do

Can you update to CentOS 7? CentOS 6 isn't supported for the SinusBot.
