Bug !sub and TS reboot

Hello there,

When people say !sub to the bot and the TeamSpeak server reboots (TS, not musicbot !), the bot will broadcast music to random people :O (imo, whose with the same client ID that used to be !sub'ed)

That's all \o/

Known bug, which is already fixed in a non-public build.
