Temporary Group Bug

If you use a Servergroup without b_group_is_permanent (Temporary group) and the client get a timeout and reconnect he will get his servergroupe removed by the Teamspeak Server but the event serverGroupAdded and serverGroupRemoved dosent work. The user must set the group then remove the group and than set the group and only then it works.

The Bug is only if the Client timeout and reconnect without disconnecting.
