I don't know which TTS service you're using - but most of the free ones are limited to x requests per hour / day / whatever and return an error afterwards. I guess you've run into that limitation.

If you are using Google translate, as TTS, there is only a problem, google has setted a Captcha, if yu have a VPS or IP is static, you need to do the captcha only one times.
Second problem, I think your problem is the method of input of the text, the bot write on html and do not write on link bar, this problem is only supposed.
Can you link the TTS are you using??
