TSClient quit. LogLevel has been increased. Error

When i want to start my instance to join my local Ts it don t work and i get thes error message:
TSClient quit. LogLevel has been increased, please try to connect again to see more details. (LogLevel 999).
I ve installed xcb and it s running on a vserver with Debian 7.
