Youtube DL not working, linux

Hi, i installed Youtube DL from: https://rg3.github.io/youtube-dl/download.html
Used commands without curl, and I configurated my config.ini http://paste.ubuntu.com/11823499/
Log from console: http://scr.hu/0sl7/9d94p
SS from web-panel: http://scr.hu/0sl7/4kl32
Why YT-DL not work?

Go into your config.ini and set the "LogLevel" to 10
Then try again and post the console output here again please.

i got permission problem, and a lot of another error.. but bot can still running..
but, when i do the exact method like above, i got this error on my console:

YoutubeDLPath = "/usr/local/bin/youtube-dl"

Looks okay, try to run it via:
/usr/local/bin/youtube-dl

you mean run it while we're on folder "/usr/local/bin/youtube-dl"?

and
$ sudo apt-get install youtube-dl
$ sudo youtube-dl --update
$ cat /usr/bin/youtube-dl
$ sudo wget https://yt-dl.org/latest/youtube-dl -O /usr/local/bin/youtube-dl
$ sudo chmod a+x /usr/local/bin/youtube-dl
$ hash -r

Well, i try on my BOT Server is working greatly (which is about to expire), and i decided to move to my TeamSpeak server, but when i install it on my TeamSpeak Server, it shows:

Oh, i dont know why it working right now
But at first, the default instances isn't running, but when i create the second instances, it running...
But now, both are working
