YouTube DL not working

Hello, I took you in advance for my English, otherwise I will explain my worries :)

First of all it concerns YouTubeDL indeed that does not work, I put my music download, there is written "downloading", by then all is well, however some time plustard, the download stops and is mentioned: "unable to download webpage urlopen error errno 101 connection timed out> (Caused by URLerror)"

I therefore ask your most distinguished help :)
