1. Are you sure that the "youtube-dl.exe" file exists on the defined location? Try to copy the link in the config and paste it in the navigation-bar of your file explorer.
2. You have restarted the bot?
3. Can we have your complete config.ini?
4. Can we have a complete log with "LogLevel = 10" ?
