    I think I am experiencing the same issue and symptoms with SinusBot 0.9.21 on Debian 9. Setting a default theme via the config.ini file does not work. When you do set a default theme, via config.ini, you get this. Setting a theme within Personal Settings works and, in my experience, persists...
