TS3 DudZMeme 1.0

To setup, add entries on the config. Sound Type is the main trigger: TTS will read the predefined text and URL will load the defined url. Name is how you will call the meme from the ts3 client. Content is the text for TTS and the URL for URL type. Background is if you want this meme to be playied as an overlay on the current audio track, if disabled it will stop current track and run this one.

Usage: "!meme chupa" will play the youtube url as an overlay. "!meme gc partida liberada" will read the text via tts.
