I used sinusbot for a very log time, last time I installed sinusbot was before like 6 months. Yesterday I tried to run sinusbot (IDK why is has shut down), and I don´t want to swear but I can´t handle this any more, every time I try to start the bot this happens:

Yes I have searched on forum for this, every single post says that my time (clock) is wrong, I tried it with 5 different time zones (of course i tried my own), and nothing works. I have reinstalled whole VPS, and lost very much data, and still the same thing. Sinusbot installer script gives me even more errors.
My VPS: Debian 8.X x86_64 Minimal.
Please answer ASAP I will die

That is CentralEuropeanSummerTime, that´s my time-zone, and it is correct.
Edit: I saw that it is late for about 10minutes, IDK why, I can not edit it because it is set to automatic

I just tried, and it seems like I already had it. I tried to disable automatic time, and now I have "no permission to set time" i litterally says "Failed to set time. Acces denied".

Then you will need to ask your Server Hoster to fix the clock of your server

ask your Server Hoster to fix the clock

As you don't want to ask your hoster, you're out of luck, I guess. Having the correct time set is one of the few simple requirements the bot has.
I still hope you won't die from that, though.

Okay I send a ticket, they are gonna just respond me the command for the time zone, that is not the problem

Not the timezone is the problem, your problem is that your system clock is 10 minutes off
And since you do not have permissions to change the time, i suppose you run your machine on an openvz virtualized system.
And in that case your hoster needs to correct the clock on the host machine
