Feature Add ability to capture audio stream from TS

Hi,

I'm working on a bot, and I'd like to be able to capture the audio stream from the users in the same channel as the bot.

My initial aim is to trigger events based on who is talking (so, knowing which user it is would be helpful).

Going forward I'd like to work on voice recognition.

I haven't seen anything in the scripting API which would allow this; how hard would it be to implement?

I've already integrated both; audio return and voice recognition. It's just not finalized yet and not documented at all.
