Application Failed to start

Ok, so I've tried to set up Sinusbot many times now and have reinstalled it countless times and still no luck. I keep getting the message " This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform called "windows" Reinstalling the application may fix this problem I've tried to reinstall this product many times but no luck, I'm on Windows 10 and have tried to follow the help you provided for other people but they were having a slightly different error so I thought I'd post this app.

@iTaskmanager I'm on Windows and I can't run that fIle for some reason is there a programme I should use? and thanks for the reply!
