I am using a ubuntu 15.10 VPS and I used the installer to install the bot. The problem i have is that even after i check the announce tracks option nothing happens. Yes it has perms to write.

I don´t think so, the bot needs the following permission:
- b_client_channel_textmessage_send

It has that and i even gave it Server Admin

EDIT: I also see that when I use !playing it works but it doesn't auto announce

I found the issue is that when I upload music from my computer to sinusbot it doesnt show the track is playing that i uploaded from my PC. So I just upload directly from youtube and it works fine
