Bot not will connect at my server [Downgrade don't worked]

Problem Description

Hello guys when i try to connect my bot at my server

this don't worked

i try many solution downgrade TS3client but this don't worked you can saw my version

yes i have checked but it's a good adress isn't a server ts cracked security server it's at 8 :x
