bot problems

hello i instaled the bot on my vps some problems i ran in to.
when i wanted it to play youtube it didnt work so i looked it up and i needed youtube-dl so i tryed finding a good instal tutorial coulnd find one, so i decided to do it on my own i tryed a cople thing and i instaled youtube-dl bu when i type in
!yt <link> it doesnt work when i go to putty it says "youtube-dl not available, so not able to download. whoops." so what to do.

second problem i ran in to: when i launch sinusbot via putty it works fine but than i close putty and the bot closes to, is it possible to have it run wilst putty isnt opend

You can run the bot in screen.

Have you changed your config.ini to the correct path of youtube-dl? And is youtube-dl the latest version?

i solved the youtube-dl problem for some reason there was no yt path in my config.ini

owh now that the youtube-dl is workingi found an other thing. it plays the songs realy fast sometimes like 2x speed for 1 min or so and than it goes back to 1x speed

Known bug, but it should be fixed in the last beta version. Which version you have?

I have the same problem and I am running 0.9.8 on ubuntu 14.04

Hey,

in one of the 0.9.9 Versions the bug with faster speed is fixed.
You can copy your 0.9.8 Instance, upgrade your Instance and try the last Beta.
