Cant access in browser via IP

I am running a VPS on Centos 7 all ports open apache installed, when i try to go to "my ip:8087" nothing shows up on browser. installation was successful

but website just kept loading, which results in

i tried installing apache and stuff but turned out the vps was just bad somehow, sinusbot now works on my ovh vps but no sound output.

The bot doesn't need another webserver to run.
But if you want you can use a reverse proxy to make the bot available under a subdomain and the default http(s) port.
