Feature Channel UserGroup Permissions

Id like to please request permissions settings for ChannelUserGroup rather than having to appoint a server user group or a private user for permissions. Our server Has been running this bot for awhile and once in awhile we run into an issue and well a few times its required us to fully reset the bot just to get it back up.
I think Channel User Group permissions would be a lot better than server groups please.
