Hello people I need help because if I want to open the control panel then nothing comes in the taskbar is sinusbot open / close when I click on open then nothing happens

Yeah that's because the Windows search sucks. Windows in general sucks.
Go to the folder where you installed the sinusbot and start it from there (C:\Sinusbot is the default one).

If nothing happens if you click 'open' in the taskbar, you need to set a default browser or try setting another browser as default in the Windows settings.
