could not contact update server

Hi, I recently installed a sinusbot for vps. During the installation I was shown error "could not contact update server" people from the forum said that someone earlier on this vps got banned on ip. My ip address can not be changed. Can you do something?

Yes this IP is indeed banned. Can you send me something via pm that proves when you first bought the server?
