Disable !help

Is it any possible way to dissable command "!help" on ts3 chat
and how to add command to command list

Upgrade. !help has been renamed to !sinusbot in 1.0.

If disabling !help is not possible i would like to add commands to command list

!help is now managed by the command lib and not build into the sinusbot like before.
