enable ducking

Hi, the bot work fine, but I have only one single problem: ducking.

Enable ducking at 90%, 99%, but he work only for who speaking, not for all channels, there is way to workout?

sorry for my bad english :) i'm italian.

The features "duck" which lowers the volume of the radio when someone speaks, I noticed that lowers the volume only for the person who is speaking, the rest of the lobby did not notice the difference, so do not understand if the system does not work or something is missing.

Ducking will work for everyone (or not at all) as there is only one audio stream that goes out to everyone. But lowering to 90% is probably not enough - please try with something more drastic to see if everyone is affected.
