English Radio stations, Russian Language

So. Exactly what it says in the title. Whenever I select the radio stations (Radio 1 and Heart FM) Radio 1 do the music in English but all the standard talking in Russian and Heart FM is full on Russian yet I selected the English pop version on the menu. Can someone please assist me in fixing this problem. Anything will be greatly appreciated.
