Error with opening the Webinterface

error starting up: listen tcp 0.0.0.0:8087: bind: Normalerweise darf jede Socketadresse (Protokoll, Netzwerkadresse oder Anschluss) nur jeweils einmal verwendet werden.

wie ich bereits gesagt habe gestern im chat, der port 8087 wird bereits von einem anderen programm benutzt

Windows + R -> resmon.exe -> netzwerk
und dann unter TCP Verbindungen schauen was bei 8087 unter lokaler port läuft
