Either your RAM is full or it can't be allocated because your provider is limiting it in some way.
So this doesn't have to do with the bot itself, ask your hoster for support.

Don't know exactly what append but it was cussed by Sinusbot. I checked the RAM but it was only 5% used. After reinstallation everything worked again, except the Radio Stations Tab.
