Failed to read add-on info plugin soundboard

hello my name is loris and today I wanted to install the soundboard plugin on mac but when I wanted to install the plugin a window is open with the sentence written: "failed to read add-on info" and however i did the last update of teamspeak, please help me !!

TS3 Soundboard is not available for version 3.1+ for Mac. Please downgrade your TeamSpeak to a previous version.

Unistall everything affilated to teamspeak.

Then install again.
