I cant create instance for TS3 only for Discord

When I want do add instance its show me "Nickname" and "Bot-Token" but its for Discord not for TS3. What I need to do?

Sinusbot version: 1.0.0-beta.10-202ee4d
TS3 version: 3.5.3 [Stable] Windows Server version: 3.12.0 Linux
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Hardware sepcs: Intel Celeron G1610 2.60GHz , 4 GB RAM
