When I start the Sinusbot I get the following output:

As you can see the soundbackend fails to connect and the bot has microphone and speaker disabled when joining the server.
Im running amd64 ubuntu server 19.04. I tried TS version 3.2.2, 3.2.3 and 3.2.5 the error persists, that's why I assume that the error is with the bot. I have followed this guide https://wiki.sinusbot.com/en:guides:installation:linux for installing the bot.

Why don't you try the newest TS3 version?

I see Api version is not compatible for plugin: /opt/sinusbot/TeamSpeak3-Client-linux_amd64/plugins/libsoundbot_plugin.so ,there too.

What version would you recommend? I tried 3.2.2, 3.2.3 and 3.2.5. In the installation guide version 3.2.3 is used.

But web interface is "open-able" ? If yes, did you try to connect the bot through web interface?

apt install libpci3 libxslt1.1 libxkbcommon0 did the trick, this should be included in future versions of the installation guide.
