Music Bot's Won't Start

Hey,

I just updated my bot after a while of not updating and it seems to have killed the bots ability to start.

Sinusbot Version: 0.13.37-9791176
OS: Ubuntu
VPS Spec's: 8 Cores, 4GB RAM
Browser: Chrome

Don't worry had a brain fart , Version is 3.0.13.8, So the problem is I have not updated the TS3 Server in ages I will try find the 3.1.9 Version
