Not possible with this bot, or any other bot out there that uses the official TS3 frameworks/client/server, because there is simply no way to access the data (with the official software) that is send between two users (private chats/pokes).
Also this would be a breach of privacy and would be illegal in many countries if the users didn't agreed with this.
