No music after stopping music. And youtube-dl for Windows.

I just found this today and I love it. Been using the normal soundboard plugin for TS3, and I saw this and had to get it working. I'm running the server on a Windows Vista computer. I know you are about to say "Why Vista?" Cause on the current computer it is on it runs a lot better than 7 and still in the requirements for newer programs. But the main Bug is that if I stop a song in the Web UI it will not start another song or radio station until I restart the bot.

Also downloaded youtube-dl for Windows and got it working in the config.ini from here

And I went to download I got the error "error, could not import".

That's strange (the stop-behavior). Do you have logs?
The current windows version doesn't work with youtube-dl but there's a new version in internal testing right now. See the announcement section for that.
