Persistent 'Bulk Mode'

Hello

I am almost certain this isn't a feature yet, though please correct me if I just haven't figured out how to do this.

Would it be possible to have a setting to keep Bulk Mode on at all times?

It would save us a lot of time managing our tracks :)
