problem with bot

i have problem , the bot doesn't send the announce tracks, also im getting this error:

2015-08-28T16:01:50+01:00 Could not send var command
2015-08-28T16:01:51+01:00 Could not send config

and when i look in ts3 theres this:
insufficient client permissions (failed on b_serverinstance_modify_querygroup)

insufficient client permissions (failed on b_serverinstance_modify_querygroup)

insufficient client permissions (failed on b_serverinstance_modify_templates)

insufficient client permissions (failed on b_serverinstance_modify_templates)

insufficient client permissions (failed on b_serverinstance_modify_templates)

access to default group is forbidden

any help?
