Feature Queue youtube video and allow anyone to control

I think that you should be able to queue a youtube video using !queue <youtube link> and also have a setting to allow anyone in the teamspeak to be able to use the commands, so you don't have to make accounts for everyone to give them permissions to use the commands. Or give people permissions more easily.

Also being able to see the queue through TS commands would be good. something like !showqueue

Bind an account to a servergroup and you're good to go.
