EN Random move users

I want a script that randomly moves a user to a specific channel. I would like to specify the channel from which to choose the users. There are 10 users online on the channel and if I give the bot a private command like! Random 1, the bot will move a random user on channel 1 selected from the panel. 1 in the command does not mean how many users to move but the first channel
