Recovering snapshot

Hi all, I'm looking for a script that allows me to use my ts3 snapshot. my old ts3 provider sold me a license that he could not use and the ts3 staff blocked my server. now I have to start from scratch a server with over 150 server groups and 150 rooms.
Is there a script that allows me to recreate everything via the snapshot?
I'm looking for one because currently my new supplier does not allow external backups for security reasons.

can I use it even if I do not have direct access to the server? I can only log in via the client and use a control panel through the supplier's site. but nothing more

it does not work, thanks for the help anyway. I think the manager has changed the server query port and I doubt that he gives it to me to insert a backup that he himself does not allow.
